Orders, Shipping & Returns
Production Time
All Mila Diamonds Boutique jewelry is made to order. Standard production time is estimated between 9–12 business days.
Shipping
All items are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. Every package is fully insured at its full value to protect your merchandise.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Once your order is placed through the Mila Diamonds Boutique website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A separate email containing your FedEx tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped.
Average shipping times and rates:
- Free U.S. Standard – 9–12 business days (production) / 2-day shipping
- International – 9–12 business days (production) / 2-day shipping: $59.99
- Expedited – 4–6 business days (production) / 2-day shipping: $125.00
- Rush – 3–4 business days (production) / overnight shipping: $200.00
International Orders
For all international orders, prices and shipping fees do not include import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or Value Added Taxes (VAT). These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a return or exchange, taxes, duties, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Please note that Mila Diamonds Boutique is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs processing when shipping internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
Regular stock jewelry may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original jewelry box. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If there is a manufacturing defect, please email info@miladiamondsboutique.com within 14 days of delivery to request a replacement. We reserve the right to decline replacement requests if the item appears to be intentionally damaged or misused.
If applicable, a refund or store credit may be issued for items confirmed to have manufacturing defects.
Resizing & Repairs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending an item for a resize, repair, or return. All shipments must include signature confirmation upon delivery. Mila Diamonds Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We’re happy to offer repair or resizing services for an additional charge plus shipping and handling. For inquiries, please email us at info@miladiamondsboutique.com. One of our specialists will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Please Note:
- Eternity bands cannot be resized due to their construction.
- Resizing is not applicable to eternity bands.
