Orders

All Mila Diamonds Boutique jewelry is made to order. Production time is estimated between 9–12 business days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO boxes. Billing and shipping addresses must match. All packages are insured at their full value to ensure your merchandise is protected.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any destination country taxes and fees. These charges are non-refundable in the case of returns or exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

Any regular stock jewelry may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date it is delivered to the customer. Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original jewelry box. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Repairs & Resizing

We’re happy to offer repair and resizing services for an additional fee plus shipping and handling. Please email us at info@miladiamondsboutique.com with your request, and we’ll provide details on how to send your item in.
