Any regular stock jewelry may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date it is delivered to the customer. Merchandise must not be worn, defective, or damaged in any way. All items must be returned in their original jewelry box. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All Mila Diamonds Boutique pieces are made to order. Standard production time is estimated between 9–12 business days before shipping.

We offer free 2-day shipping on all U.S. orders. Overnight delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. For international orders, shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and expedited shipping is not available.
